Jonny K: Let me start by saying that if not for my birth, you would not be reading this. For that reason, you can either thank or blame my parents, depending on your opinion of my blog. It all started when I was born. Well, not all of it, just the part about me. I was born in a hospital like everyone else, with the exception, of course, of everyone who wasn’t born in a hospital. At that time, I was just a baby. What is a baby? If you don’t know the answer to that, then the answer is you. When I was very young, but not as young as when I was born, I saw the movie Singin’ in the Rain, which starred Gene Kelly as a silent actor who rises to the top, and is then faced with the challenges presented by the newly introduced “talking pictures,” which threaten his silent trade. Seeing this movie was what inspired me to become an actor. But instead I wrote a blog. When I was a little older, I killed an ant. I think that was the beginning of my problems.
